DIY welding tables are built TOUGH with a 5mm steel top plate and 4mm steel interlocking base. Using Precision Laser Cutting technology for an exceptional fit-up, this interlocking design squares up the base and locks the table top in to a near true flat surface. These welding table tops are designed to sit on a bench or a stand (bench/stand not included in sale). Each table is test fitted to ensure our customers enjoy a perfect assembly.
FixturePoint Clamps and Components can be inserted into the 16 mm holes on both tabletops for complete flexibility in Modular Fixture.

- This table requires metal clamps and welding to assemble.
- Tables have not been treated - we recommend tables are oiled to stop rust.

- 2 sizes are currently available (1200 x 600mm and 900 x 600mm). We do not offer custom sizing.
ASSEMBLY:
This DIY welding table top kit has been designed to interlock for easy assembly. Once the base has been linked together the top plate slots can simply be lined up with the tabs on the base. Once aligned, secure with multiple heavy duty clamps to hold interlocking top and bottom in place. Flip the clamped table over and weld the base to the top plate (If Tig welding, tabs on base can be welded into slot on top plate via top plate. It is still recommended to weld the base to the top plate from the underside.
